Lambert Smith Hampton are pleased to announce on behalf of their clients Seaward Properties, the letting of Block 100 to Glanvilles Solicitors who were represented by Vail Williams.
Glanvilles Solicitors have signed a 10 year lease on the whole of Block 100, which amounts to approximately 5,239 sq ft.
The letting to Glanvilles is one of three recent deals at Langstone Gate which reiterates Seaward Properties belief in this landmark building in Havant, proving there is sufficient office demand within the town.
Lambert Smith Hampton reported that since Seaward Properties acquired the site at the end of last year, they have received a lot of enquiries and a good level of viewings which have resulted in three lettings.
Seaward Properties are carrying out an extensive refurbishment programme of the building which has included installing a new air conditioning system, ceilings, lighting as well as re-decorating and renewing WC facilities and generally up-dating the space to meet modern occupier demands.
Lambert Smith Hampton are also pleased to announce that Seaward Properties will be introducing the successful Metro Business Centre format within part of Langstone Gate.
