SEAWARD PROPERTIES BRINGS HOME TOP INDUSTRY ACCOLADE

Seaward Properties, the Chichester based residential and commercial developer has been awarded one of the UK’s top property awards for its exceptional canal side development, The Wharf, and in so doing, confirms its position as one of the country’s most innovative house builders.

As outright winner of the Evening Standard Homes & Property award for The Best Small Development, it is the concept, design and build quality of The Wharf that appealed to the judges, who included Evening Standard readers and top property experts. In handing over the award, ITV Homes and Property presenter Emma Forbes said: “The competition in this category was fierce. The Wharf is a project that very cleverly brings a modern twist to the traditional waterside development and offers a wide range of accommodation with innovative design, great use of light and high quality workmanship.”

The Wharf features a range of beautifully designed two and three bedroom homes and apartments with a nautical flavour and a wide spectrum of design styles from pale blue weather-boarded homes, in a terrace formation, to sturdy warehouse-style townhouses. The scheme has been highly praised by the local Chichester community for some time and as part of the ongoing regeneration of Chichester’s Canal Basin it is an important facet in the wider revitalisation of the area.
