As outright winner of the Evening Standard Homes & Property award for The Best Small Development, it is the concept, design and build quality of The Wharf that appealed to the judges, who included Evening Standard readers and top property experts. In handing over the award, ITV Homes and Property presenter Emma Forbes said: “The competition in this category was fierce. The Wharf is a project that very cleverly brings a modern twist to the traditional waterside development and offers a wide range of accommodation with innovative design, great use of light and high quality workmanship.”
